Founded in 1985 by Garnet Watchorn and Moshe Tamari, Graywood provides a full range of real estate development and investment services for over three decades

Graywood has developed over 28,600 housing units in several asset classes including residential lots, low-rise housing, mid- and high-rise condominiums, hotels and retirement residences, with a combined value of over $6.5 billion. Graywood currently has over 3,700 units (3.7 million sq. ft.) under development with a value of over $2.6 billion.

Ambitions – “national housing provider”

While its focus at the moment is developing in the Greater Toronto Area and Calgary markets, the company is looking at expanding into another major Canadian market in the near future.

According to President and CEO, Stephen Price, Graywood is positioned to be a national housing supplier.

Graywood also recently started an initiative to develop rental housing in Toronto, and expects to do the same in Calgary and other cities.
