Graywood currently has over 3,700 units (3.7 million sq. ft.) under development with a value of over $2.6 billion.
While its focus at the moment is developing in the Greater Toronto Area and Calgary markets, the company is looking at expanding into another major Canadian market in the near future.
According to President and CEO, Stephen Price, Graywood is positioned to be a national housing supplier.
Graywood also recently started an initiative to develop rental housing in Toronto, and expects to do the same in Calgary and other cities.
