In Ontario, the Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) is a pre-construction Buyer’s chance to examine their new home before occupancy, and to make note of any deficiencies or damage. This important step is regulated by the Tarion Warranty Corporation and protects the interests of Buyers.
