The Grand Central Mimico Master-Planned Community is currently in its pre-construction phase. The development is located at 54 Newcastle St, just south-east of Royal York Road and the Gardiner Expressway, and only steps from Mimico GO Station – an area known as Mimico Triangle.

Three mixed-use towers will house residences, amenities, commercial and retail spaces. Introducing  the Buckingham, the first phase of three towers 39, 24- and 12-storeys respectively.

All three towers will be connected by a shared 4-storey podium extending west and facing Buckingham with over 16,000 s.f. of indoor amenity space on the third floor and over 11,000 s.f. of outdoor terrace space on the fourth floor. The first phase plans also show over 5,100 s.f. of retail space on the ground-level, and over 27,000 s.f. of office and commercial space on the second and fourth floors. Future plans include

Architectural renderings show modern design with terracotta tiling, large floor-ceiling windows with aluminium framed glass on the balconies and insulated clear glazing across the 4-storey podium.
